The lady has received an Emmy nomination in the category of outstanding supporting actress in a comedy series nod for her work on “Pushing Daisies”. It’s an addition to the list of her accomplishments during her acting career.

Well, we all know her better as Olive Snook of Pushing Daisies. Her character was working as a waitress at Ned’s Pie Hole Restaurant and was his next door neighbor also. She loved Ned but never talked about her feelings to him. She knew the two very important secrets of Chuck- the reality of her existence and the reality of her mother. When it became hard for her to go along with those secrets, she made her mind to quit the job and go away. She did so but we soon saw her coming back to Pie Hole. Because of her being very short, Emerson used to call her ‘Itty-bitty’. In the series finale of Pushing Daisies, we saw her opening her new restaurant to produce Macaroni and Cheese. She was, no doubt, one of the touchy as well as lovable characters of the series. It gives a nice feeling to know that some one has got what she actually deserved. Hey sweety… congratulations to you!
